SHIPPING POLICY

Due to Covid-19, please allow 2-3 weeks for all standard and first-class orders and 3-4 days for priority. All international orders may take longer as well. There have been no changes in shipping to the UK. Orders are processed and shipped 2-3 days from the placement date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items:

Refunds are only given up to after 48 hours of the initial purchase.

All returns must be within 72 hours after being received

If you have any problems or are not satisfied with a received product, we will happily replace or exchange any damaged or lost items. 

Commissions:

There will be no refunds given for these items.

All commission sketches are approved by the purchaser before the painting process begins.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a repaint, or you may request merchandise within the value of the initial purchase. If the value is over the initial purchase by under 5 USD, we will cover the extra cost.

If your product is lost, we will replace your package with the original merchandise chosen plus an embellished print of your original piece.
